A legal disclaimer

Address Issues: If an insufficient address is provided, resulting in a shipment being returned to our facility, you are responsible for reshipment costs. We will confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to you or your customer (if applicable).
No Registered Account and Billing Method: If you haven't registered an account at www.erotixwear.com and added a billing method, any orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed shipments won't be eligible for reshipping. Instead, they will be donated to charity at your expense, without issuing a refund.

Returns for Sealed Goods: Erotix Wear does not accept returns for sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. Such returned orders will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer: We recommend advising your customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your customers, it will be at your expense and discretion. For face masks or product size exchanges, a new order must be placed at your expense. Customers in Brazil wishing to return a purchase must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item and provide a picture of it. The request will undergo an evaluation, and refunds will not be possible if the product is used or partially destroyed.
EU Consumer Notification: For EU consumers, please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery, not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Therefore, Erotix Wear reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
